IBM Open Source Event


Stephen O’Grady posted a pretty good review of a recent IBM open source event on his blog at tecosystems.org.

One of the comments got me to thinking… what drives the direction of a company to embrace something that a first pass seems to counter you current revenue streams?? Take a look at what the executive leaders are saying. For instance, with IBM, read what Sam Palmisano says about open source.
