There isn&#039;t a 64-bit flash plugin - Ubuntu now automatically creates a 32-bit environment for the plugin behind the scenes.

For the second - there is an &#039;advanced&#039; tab in the appearance dialog, after installing the CompizConfig Settings Manager (in the repos).
